"I have lived in Southern Oregon consistently for over 26 years, but this region has truly been a part of my entire life. As the son of an Army veteran, I was blessed to live in many places before returning here permanently. Today, I am a proud father to three wonderful children. When I am not serving our community, I love exploring our fantastic outdoors by hiking, traveling, and golfing.

Remote Online Notary (RON)
Available
Notarizations done online via encrypted software for your security, accomplished with video conferencing technology approved to be utilized by the state of Oregon.

This means you can be in any state and I can help you, even if you are on vacation!!
RON charges:
Oregon RON notary fee: $25 per notarial act
Identity-proofing fee: $10 per signer (credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication; not a notary fee)
10-year session recording & records fee: $10 per session (secure audio-video file and electronic journal stored for 10 years as required; not a notary fee)
Example totals:
One signer, one acknowledgment: $25 + $10 + $10 = $45
One signer, two acts: $50 + $10 + $10 = $70
Two signers, one act each (same session): $50 + $20 + $10 = $80
RON is done only on an approved platform. FaceTime, Zoom, or a phone call by itself is not a valid Oregon remote notarization.
You will need: a current government photo ID, a computer or tablet with camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. You must pass identity checks before we can proceed.

Document courier
$45 within 25 miles · $65 for 25–50 miles · $50 additional beyond 50 miles
I’ll deliver documents from you to a business, an attorney, or the courthouse. Not process serving, and I don’t file papers for you.
Shipping help
$20 plus postage at cost if I’m already there for another appointment. Separate trip with no other service: $45 plus postage.

$55 per residential site within 25 miles
Need pictures of a property, occupancy, a job site, or any location for your records? I’ll come to the site and photograph it. This is not a home inspection.
